BLT Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees. There are two programme Divisions within the Foundation, Bangalore Little Theatre (BLT) and the newly created Academy of Theatre Arts (ATA). Mr. Arun Balakrishnan is the Chairperson. He was earlier the Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.
Ms. Revathy Ashok is the CEO of B-Pac, Earlier she was the CFO in several companies and the Managing Director in India for the US-based Tishman Speyer.
Dr. Sridhar Ramanathan is the Honorary President of Bangalore Little Theatre. He is an R&D scientist and a playwright too.
Mr. S. Giridhar is the Registrar of Azim Premji University. He was earlier the director of programmes at Azim Premji Foundation.
Ms. Vijayalatha Reddy has recently retired from the Indian Foreign Service. She has served as the Indian Ambassador in several countries and as the Deputy Director-General of Indian Council for Cultural Relations.
Prof. Vijay Padaki is the Convener-Trustee and a life member of Bangalore Little Theatre since its inception.He was earlier a member of the founding faculty of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
Ms. Sucharita Eashwar is the founder of Catalyst for Women Entrepreneurs. She was earlier the Regional Director of NASSCOM and WEConnect International, supporting women entrepreneurs.
