It also helps participants lose their inhibitions and become more confident in expressing their thoughts and feelings, as well as becoming better team members.<\/p><p>The objective of the workshop is to develop communication skills.\u00a0 Suggested duration is a minimum of 12 hours divided into 1 hour long sessions each spread over 12 weeks<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Workshop 0px;\">The Communication Skills Workshop sessions will provide participants with an understanding of one or more of the following topics:<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><a href=\"#Topic-Listening\">Listening<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Topic-Comprehension\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">Comprehension<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Topic-Verbal-Communication\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">Verbal communication<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Topic-Non-Verbal-Communication\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">Non-verbal communication<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Topic-Interpersonal-Interactions\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">Interpersonal interactions<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Topic-Improvisation\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">Improvisation<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>Each session has a set of exercises that cater to one or more of the above skill sets, exploring different facets of communication. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The session begins with a warm-up, usually connected to the main activity\/ activities around the focus area of the session.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration:
