We are turning 60 next year.

Yes, we’ve seen pigeons replaced with telegrams then land-lines and the internet. We’re having a tough time keeping in touch with you through all that! Through your 6-digit phone number to 10. Your eMail hops from Hotmail, Rediff to Yahoo & Goooogle.

We’d like to just keep in touch with you more directly, is all.

Welcome to the world of Bangalore Little Theatre, affectionately known as BLT, the city’s oldest and most widely respected theatre group.

We are committed to the promotion of theatre and performing arts. We celebrated our Golden Jubilee last year. In the 58 years since our inception, BLT has produced over 200 plays, pioneered systematic training in the theatre, initiated play development as a serious pursuit (launching several Bangaloreans as playwrights), reached out to the community in a wide variety of ways, and built strong bridges with the regional language theatres.
